1. General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between wpnct and the user of our services ("User" or "you"). wpnct is an online gaming and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in these conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the wpnct website (wpnct.lat) and all associated services.
• "Account" — your registered personal profile, protected by a username and password.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the wpnct platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any gaming or betting activity on this platform. wpnct may request documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Registration Terms

At the time of account registration, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Your full name (as it appears on your national ID)
• Date of birth and nationality
• Active mobile number and email address
• Valid deposit and withdrawal method details

wpnct reserves the right to close the account and confiscate all balances if false or misleading information is provided.

2.3 One Account Only

Each individual, family, or household may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts and associated balances may be cancelled.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your wpnct account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.1 User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• If someone else gains unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password right away.
• Always log out after using a shared or public device.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the wpnct platform is ৳100 (for all methods). We currently support the following payment methods:

• bKash — mobile banking deposits and withdrawals
• Nagad — mobile banking deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket — mobile banking deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer — major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

Deposited funds must not come from any illegal source. wpnct complies with anti-money laundering laws and may require additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your identity has been fully verified.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method are the same (where applicable).
• The wagering requirement has been met if bonus funds are present.
• There are no ongoing investigations or disputes.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

wpnct offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period, and the balance will be deducted once it expires.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• wpnct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.
• wpnct reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual or low-risk betting patterns are detected while using it.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on wpnct are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If any technical error or irregularity is found in a game result, wpnct reserves the right to void that round.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific betting limits apply to each game or market, and these limits are displayed within the game interface. wpnct reserves the right to change betting limits at any time and may set specific limits for individual accounts.

6.3 Sports Betting

For cricket and other sports betting, if any event is cancelled, postponed, or suspended indefinitely, wpnct will follow its own policy, which is detailed on the relevant gaming page.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wpnct platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Attacking or attempting to hack the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Creating or operating accounts for minors, or assisting others in doing so.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or accepting funds from them to place bets.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by wpnct

wpnct may temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• If information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is found.
• Upon a court order or direction from a relevant authority.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Termination by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please arrange to withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing.

9. Limitation of Liability

wpnct provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

• Game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• Issues related to third-party software or hardware.
• Losses caused by security vulnerabilities on your device or network.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) — natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.

In any situation, wpnct's maximum liability will be limited to the amount involved in that specific transaction.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
